Dale & Sylvia Igoe founded DAI DRIVEWAYS & LANDSCAPING LTD. They set out to build a business with a local focus and high standard of customer service and after 23 years are still thriving thanks to the support of the local people and the community.

DAI is known and recommended locally for their quality installations and the customer service after care. The company are approved contractors for Marshalls (14 years), Bradstone (6 years), and is the biggest domestic contractor of sales in the Midlands with Plasmor. DAI is the only company in the East Midlands that has an indoor showroom, showing off several types of products on the floor display and also a gallery of their finished projects. One of the highlights of the company was gaining a collection of awards, which has featured in national brochures and magazines for their quality driveways and landscaping projects.

This was only achieved from Dale and his dedicated staff using their knowledge of expertise that also understands the customer's needs. Three members of the staff have been loyal for over 10 years, which is a testament to the company. It's believed that this is the key to the success of the company, permanent staff who has served the company in this length of time with the knowledge and skills. All types of materials are used from concrete block pavers to specialised natural stone to a large number of colours of aggregate.
